How much is shipping? Domestic Standard (2-8 days) shipping is $3.99 and Priority service (2-4 days) is $6.99. International shipping to Canada, Mexico, and the UK is a flat rate $20. All orders include tracking.
What is your return/exchange policy? For 30 days we will exchange your FLEX Ring for a different size. We will pay the cost to return and reship your size change. Each order includes a prepaid return label and instructions should you need to exchange your ring for another size within 30 days.
Do you provide a warranty? All FLEX Rings come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. If your ring ever becomes damaged, ripped, torn or even destroyed, simply return the damaged portion of your ring for an identical replacement. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus $3 for reshipping.

What is the best way to change accent colors? Watch this video for the easiest way to change out your accent colors without stretching the accent. If your accent gets stretched, it will become lose and slip out or become lost. Don't let this happen to you. If necessary you can purchase replacement accents.

Most orders before Noon EST will ship the same day, orders after Noon, ship the next business day. Use the Zone Map below to help determine the estimated days. Do you charge sales tax? We charge sales tax for all orders shipped to Tennessee.
Do you ship outside the US, to APO/FPO addresses, or to a PO Box? We currently ship in the US, Canada, Mexico and the UK. We can ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes.
